After a difficult day yesterday, I wanted to say thank you to Andrew RT Davies for his leadership of the Welsh Conservative National Assembly group over the last seven years. It’s been a time of great change in both Wales and the UK and it has taken a particular strength of character to guide us through it.

Welsh culture and tourism Minister Lord Dafydd Elis-Thomas has visited Neath Abbey and the nearby ironworks as part of a visit set up by South Wales West Regional AM Suzy Davies.
Mae'r Gweinidog diwylliant a thwristiaeth, Arglwydd Dafydd Elis-Thomas, wedi ymweld ag Abaty Nedd a'r gweithfeydd haearn cyfagos fel rhan o ymweliad a sefydlwyd gan AC Rhanbarthol dros Dde Orllewin Cymru, Suzy Davies.

Responding to the UK Government’s decision not to proceed with the Swansea Bay tidal lagoon, South Wales West AM – Suzy Davies AM – said: “We remain convinced of the benefits of tidal energy, and have consistently argued that value for money comes in being the first to utilise the technology.

The Swansea Bay Tidal Lagoon would be the most regenerative scheme in Wales since the development of Cardiff Bay according to the Welsh Conservatives.
